Defective Product Exchange

  • The customer is required to complete U-PC Wholesale’s RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form, and receive approval prior before shipping defective items to U-PC Wholesale for exchange/repair.

  • Defective items can be returned to U-PC Wholesale for up to 1 year from the date of sale, or the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is less.

  • U-PC Wholesale will replace defective items directly from our stock as availability permits, at the discretion of U-PC Wholesale.

  • Advance RMA requires prior approval by U-PC Wholesale.

  • The customer will cover shipping costs to ship defective items to U-PC Wholesale for exchange/repair.

  • U-PC Wholesale will cover shipping costs to have defective items exchanged/repaired with/by the manufacturer.

  • U-PC Wholesale will cover shipping costs to ship the item to the customer after exchange/repair with/by the manufacturer.

  • U-PC Wholesale will only exchange/repair products manufactured by manufacturers listed on our line card.
